Hosting and Delivery

Our websites are delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), for visitors from the EU via European edge locations. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser, and requested URL solely to deliver the content and protect against attacks, not for advertising or profiling. IP address anonymization is technically not possible at this level because the IP address is required for delivery. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for a broad overview of visitor numbers – without cookies, fingerprinting, or individual user tracking. Data is evaluated only in aggregate and cannot be used to identify individuals. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Forms

If you submit information through a form, we use it exclusively for the related purpose. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by e-mailing .

Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from bots. IP address, browser properties, and movement and click data in the widget are transmitted to Cloudflare solely for bot detection, without tracking cookies or profiling. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

E-mail Delivery (Microsoft 365)

Form submissions are delivered to and stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin). Microsoft acts as a processor and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Storage Period

We retain inquiries only as long as necessary to process them and for any follow-up contact. They are then deleted, at the latest after statutory retention obligations expire.

Cookies

Our websites do not set first-party cookies for tracking, marketing, or profiling. Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies for spam protection and security.

Your Rights
